We do lock the door when we are with clients. So, please arrive only 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, if someone is not there to greet you at the door please relax on our bench by the door and your therapist or nail tech will be with you shortly. Please help us maintain the serenity of the space. Ensure all cell phones are silenced and your shoes are removed at the door and coats are hung up. Please be conscious of loud noises to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for other clients receiving treatments and yoga sessions that may be in session.
We recommend making appointments well in advance to ensure availability or upon departure from a treatment. We are a by appointment only spa. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. See "Cancellations" below.
Please respect the value of our time. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required to cancel an appointment or 50% of your service fee will be charged for all no-shows and late cancellations.
Due to the nature of our birth doula services, on rare occasions your service may need to be rescheduled last minute. The good news is a baby is being born and a mother is being supported in her birth. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and emerge gift cards.
Gratuities are not included in the Emerge Healing Arts and Spa prices. You may, at your discretion, tip your therapist. Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our highly trained staff. A standard gratuity for the industry ranges from 15% to 20% and can be given to your therapist directly or included in your preferred method of payment.
Gift cards are available for specific treatments and or for specific amounts. They can be purchased online in our store, on location, or by phone and mailed to you.
Any minor under the age of 16 is required to have an adult in the room with them during their scheduled appointment.
